COVID-19 AND SAFETY GUIDANCE
Please read our safety guidance before booking an appointment.
Arriving for appointments
Please arrive on time for your appointment. We’ve temporarily suspended our waiting area, so if you’re too early we may need you to wait outside until another guest has left.
Please come alone
Please do not bring friends, family members or pets to your appointment unless you need assistance for health reasons or have a guide dog.
Our salon isn’t very big which makes social distancing a challenge. As a temporary solution we have extended our opening hours and rotated our team to reduce the number of people in our salon.
In order to limit the risk to our team we require that all guests bring and wear a face masks whilst in the salon. Our Stylists will be provided with face coverings and PPE in line with government guidelines. If you arrive without a face covering don’t worry, we have disposable face masks for client use at no extra charge.
Enhanced cleaning routine
We have a regular enhanced cleaning routine for all touch points in the salon. The team will have cleaning equipment on hand at their workstation and basins to ensure all tools and equipment are sanitised after each use.
The most effective way to stop the spread of Covid-19 is good hand hygiene. Hand sanitiser will be provided, and we request that you use it on entry to the salon and before you leave.
Reception & waiting area
We have limited space and seating area and we suggest the all appointments are honoured so to reduce overcrowding and adhere to the social distancing rules laid out by the government guidelines. We kindly ask that you wear a face covering at all times to reduce the spread.
Refreshments & magazines
We welcome you to take advantage of tea and coffee that is on offer, you are also welcome to bring your own if you prefer. We normally have magazines at hand but because of COVID19 we have put this temporarily hold until further notice to reduce infection rate.
When in our retail area we discourage the touching of products on display. Please ask our front of house team who will be on hand to help with any purchases.
Reduce your belongings
Please avoid bring unnecessary items such as large bags or cases, shopping, bicycles and prams.
Card payments preferred but not necessary
We will be accepting both cash and card payments but encourage Apple Pay / contactless payment where possible.
The safety and wellbeing of our team and clients is our main priority.
We have followed government guidance and endeavoured to take every precaution to ensure that our salon environment is as safe as possible.
We would like to make it clear that due to the close contact nature of our work, it is impossible to completely eliminate risk of catching Coronavirus in the salon.
If you are classed as extremely vulnerable or worried about the risk to your health, we do not recommend making an appointment with us at this time.
Ultimately it is the choice and responsibility of the individual to decide whether it is safe to visit our salon.
